You’ll think about the type of life you want, and we’ll help you get on that path. Because relapse (setback) is possible, it’s important to know what might trigger that for you – so you can avoid it. We want you to be healthy and well in recovery, so don’t be surprised if you learn about healthy food, cooking, exercise and other lifestyle issues. Your goal is to live a full, happy life – and we’ll help you get there.
