Comprised of comprehensive Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC), Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), and a Therapeutic Afterschool Program (TASP), our primary goal is to provide quality mental healthcare services to assist our clients in developing and maintaining a well-balanced life.

Yolanda Coleman, M.Ed is the Executive Director of My Father’s Eyes, Inc. and the founder and owner of RIMS Center for Enrichment and Development, LLC, a community-based outpatient mental health clinic, psychiatric rehabilitation program, and therapeutic after school program. She is an experienced educator, staff trainer, university instructor, school administrator, and program developer with over 20 years working with families and children with disabilities.
