High School Transitional Group
This group is ideal for high school sophomores and juniors who are interested in learning about options and next steps after high school. This group consist of one session a week over seven weeks that completes with a 5 day college campus tour. The group will cover 7 primary topics:
- Goal Setting
- Colleges & Universities
- Trade & Vocational School
- Entrepreneurship
- Military
- Employment
- Financial Management
Each of these topics will give the student a foundation for how to get started and how to prepare for their future. The goal of the group is to provide young people with the information, tools, resources and support they will need to be successful in their future endeavors.
DBT Anger Management
This group is ideal for clients who are interested in developing skills to manage anger and regulate emotional responses. This group uses a dialectical behavioral therapy modality to help clients navigate their emotional experiences and apply new skills in the areas of distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness and mindfulness. This is a small evidence based treatment group that meets once a week for 8 weeks. Space is limited.

This group is ideal for clients who are interested in developing skills to manage anxiety and regulate emotional responses. This is a small evidence based treatment group that meets once a week for 8 weeks. Space is limited.
Early Intervention Group
This group is ideal for adults who are exhibiting early signs of substance misuse and addiction. This group meets twice a week for 4 weeks and covers topics including: the physical effects of substance use, addiction and the brain, am I an addict? The disease concept, abstinence and more. This is psychoeducation group model.
Men’s Trauma Group
This group is designed for men who have experienced some form of trauma; both personal and second hand (due to violence, sexual, traumatic events etc.) that is affecting their functioning and everyday lives. This is an ongoing group that is designed to provide support and helps develop healthy coping skills to incorporate into your everyday experience. The maximum capacity of this group is 12 people so space is limited. Clients who are interested in participating should sign up on the sign up sheet or speak with their counselors.
Women’s Trauma Group

Adult Grief Group
This group is designed for people who have experienced the loss of a loved one and is interested in participating in a support group. This is an ongoing group that is will addresses the primary stages of grief including:
- Denial
- Anger
- Bargaining
- Depression
- Acceptance
This group is designed to help identify and incorporate healthy coping skills into everyday activities.

Work Related Stress Management
This group is designed for people who experience high levels of stress at work that is beginning to affect their personal lives. This is an 8-week group that is based in cognitive behavioral therapy and addresses the following areas:
- Identifying Maladaptive Thoughts & Beliefs
- Challenging Maladaptive Thoughts & Beliefs
- Behavioral Activation
- Problem Solving
- Relaxation Techniques
- Creating a Lasting Change
This is a small evidence based treatment group that meets once a week for 8 weeks. Group members are assigned group activities as well as homework. This group is designed to help identify and incorporate healthy coping skills into everyday activities. The maximum capacity of this group is 10 people so space is limited. Domestic Violence Support Group
This group is for women who are interested in learning prevention and intervention techniques surrounding domestic violence. This is a 12-week group that covers:

- Types Of Abuse
- Signs of Abuse
- Cycle of Violence
- Developing a Safety Plans
- What are My Legal Options?
- Resources and Support
